Don’t hesitate to sign up. They personalize the training according to your needs, when I first saw the videos I felt intimidated by them because everyone looked so strong and athletic but once I started going I realize that the coaches actually teach you how to do it and have realistic expectations for you and tell you that in time you will get there too. The focus meetings are the best part because you get to have a private talk with your coach and talk about any goal you may have. It’s just amazing. Everybody makes you feel welcome all the time. 😊
I have to admit the previous reviews encouraged me to take the plunge and show up the first time, and it was such an amazing decision I wanted to make sure I encouraged the person reading this to show up, too!! Everyone has been so welcoming - the class is filled with people who are modifying if needed, but also filled with people who you can look up to as motivation. You’ll see instructors not on the clock participating in classes right by you - they truly believe in the program. My kids loved being able to watch me during child watch, and I am so thankful to be a good example to them. 16 camps down now and I’m not looking back!
I started my journey at Burn Boot camp in April, 2024 and I haven’t looked back. I love the mix up of workouts, the fact that it’s only 45 min and I burn 350-400+ calories each time I go, and child care is included! The Blaine location is very clean, and all staff and trainers are helpful and friendly. I’m so glad I was referred to try out Burn because I love it!
Since the very first day I was welcomed like family, like they would have known me for years. This is very important to start and get motivation. I have enjoyed every single training and you really feel they have a good effect on your body and mind. Coaches are top, they really take care of everyone and provide insights on your performance. Love the community they have built. Totally recommended and I am happy to have joined the Burn Boot Camp family.
I started coming to Burn Boot Camp Blaine in January. I am 37 and hadn’t done any consistent strength or cardio workout in my 30’s. And if I’m being honest, the last time I stayed with something this long was high school sports. The people I have met and the trainers here are BEYOND amazing. No matter which camp I come to I feel encouraged, and a sense of belonging. They make me want to be a better version of myself everyday. I come 5 days a week and miss terribly when I can’t come. I have NEVER been that person!! If you are debating several “gyms” don’t commit until you try this. I promise. You won’t regret it.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
