You don’t have to be an athlete to join Burn, all you need to do is show up and they will meet you at your fitness level and work with you to get you to the next one…busy moms/dads, the (free) child watch will allow you to focus on yourself while your kiddo is having fun, I mean you can’t ask for more!! This year I have seen so much improvement in my strength and a real transformation in my mindset…I feel confident, healthy and loving myself and I know my lifestyle and consistency inspires others! I absolutely love Burn and Im so grateful to be part of this community!!
Burn boot camp has been the best thing to happen to me. I get such a great work out in and I’m done in 45 minutes. I love having the trainers there to hold me accountable and I have met some amazing people that I enjoy getting to come and see every day as well.
I’ve been with Burn Boot Camp Brandon since the parking lot pop up. I love that all I have to do is show up and the members and trainers are so welcoming and encouraging. They offer free childwatch which is super important for my 1 and 3 year old, and focus meetings to go over nutrition, measurements and my goals. They know when to push you and when you need modification. I’ve never been a fan of traditional gyms and I’ve tried many other group settings. However, I felt right at home here. I’ve met a great good of girls that check on me, hold me accountable, and give me an extra push when I need it. I definitely recommend giving Burn Boot Camp a try!
Had such an amazing time at burn boot camp! It was my first time and i had such a great time. From their accommodating and clean childcare area to the trainers everyone was so nice and welcoming!! I’m not usually a fan of chain gyms so i was a bit nervous but this gym is DIFFERENT in the best way. The atmosphere was incredible and the trainers demonstrate the workouts, help with form, and people of all experience levels are there working out right alongside you. It definitely helps with holding you accountable. I couldn’t recommend burn boot camp enough to literally everyone. Whether it’s your first time or you’re experienced definitely come out and check this gym out! I will definitely be back!!!!
If you’re looking for the right gym where you won’t feel out of place, then Burn Boot camp in Brandon is it. I have struggled all my life to find motivation. When my wife brought me to burn it completely changed my mindset. Everyone is always so welcoming, the community is encouraging and the work outs change on a daily basis. All I have to do is show up for 45 minutes and give it my all. Thank you Burn and training staff and all my burn bros for giving go me a place to come to.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
