Went for the first time today (after not stepping foot into any kind of gym for years) and loved it. The trainer, Rebekah, was awesome at both pushing me but respecting my limits. She created modifications for everything and made me feel comfortable. I went ahead and took advantage of the 30 day special and am looking forward to the next camp. If you’re thinking of trying it out, do it!
Entire staff at Burn Braz is amazing! Today I had the pleasure of being trained by one of my best friends Jamie who did amazing on the mic. Autumn was an amazing BA! Every single staff member here are the sweetest and will kick your booty in the best way!! :) come try it out and see for yourself.
I absolutely love Burn Braselton and I tell so many others about the life changing effects this type of environment has on you. I have welcomed a few girlfriends to Buford, Suwanee, Gainesville and Braselton locations. Everyone to this day raves about their addiction to the workout. When I look at other gyms it seems very isolated unless you go with friends each day. At Burn you have 20-25 people sometimes more crushing the same workouts as you and it’s encouraging to push forward. Isolation is what the enemy would want for us to not live our best lives. Thank God for everyone at Burn that make us healthier, happier and mentally sound each and everyday. May his mighty name continue to bless you each day!
My husband & I joined three weeks ago and they terminated our contracts by email the evening after we approached the trainer and manager and simply asked not be challenged for not lifting more weight and/or making a decision to make a modification to an exercise that was recommended by your team. There was no phone call. They would rather expel a member than respect their space and individual goals. There was no middle ground. The manager response to this request was only this, "Do you not us want us to talk to you?" She offered this as the only solution. Nothing else. Trainers calling us on 🎤 repetitively become a distraction to our workouts. We dismissed it a few times from multiple trainers. On a positive note, on day one, the trainer we first met understood us ( not the manager). She said, "You guys know what you're doing. We won't come around and correct you." Was that not shared with all trainers? We are very confused. We will take the high road. Just note that if you should ever feel the same, there is no middle ground to meet in the middle. She only offered not to talk to us. I hope management sleeps well tonight that they kicked out two fitness enthusiasts, excited for a new life in Georgia. Burn Boot Management made a lasting impression of one of the first interactions living in our new town. We will find another place for us for sure, that understands sometimes fitness isn't all about 5 more reps and respect if someone wants to move at a pace "safe" for them. We are still floored, management could not understand a rather simple ask. We also expressed how much we liked the gym and workouts. Was this not taken into consideration? Aside from our experience, products are constantly pushed. When we thought we would be stretched at the end of the class, the trainers would put us all on one stretch and not go into the next stretch. We often saw people leaving without stretching. We soon found out why. They pitch their products and sales the last 5 minutes of classes instead of properly stretching. No matter what level you are at, proper stretching at the end of the class is lacking.
I recently joined Burn Braselton after a trial period and I absolutely love it. I’ve been on my own with fitness for over two years but Burn has really shaken things up for me (in a good way!). Everything from the trainers to the atmosphere is wonderful. No two classes are the exact same from week to week, keeping it interesting. A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
