I recently joined Burn Braselton after a trial period and I absolutely love it. I’ve been on my own with fitness for over two years but Burn has really shaken things up for me (in a good way!). Everything from the trainers to the atmosphere is wonderful. No two classes are the exact same from week to week, keeping it interesting. Excited for this journey with a new group of others ready to meet their goals.
Burn has been so great since I started going 1.5 years ago! All the trainers are AMAZING! They do a great job giving modifications for pregnancy or injury and make everyone feel so welcome!! My daughter also loves the child watch they provide. All the ladies that work in there are phenomenal and are so good with the kids!! We love coming!!
I absolutely love Burn Braselton and I tell so many others about the life changing effects this type of environment has on you. I have welcomed a few girlfriends to Buford, Suwanee, Gainesville and Braselton locations. Everyone to this day raves about their addiction to the workout. When I look at other gyms it seems very isolated unless you go with friends each day. At Burn you have 20-25 people sometimes more crushing the same workouts as you and it’s encouraging to push forward. Isolation is what the enemy would want for us to not live our best lives. Thank God for everyone at Burn that make us healthier, happier and mentally sound each and everyday. May his mighty name continue to bless you each day!
If you like to workout, or even if you hate to workout, Burn is a place to motivate you and help you accomplish goals you have. Since January I have enjoyed each and every class. All the trainers are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The staff from the front desk to childcare are all patient and welcoming as well. Honestly, it’s one of my favorite places to be. If you’re thinking of trying out Burn, do it. I have tried many gyms and this one stands above all.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
