Membership offers 45 minute, effective workouts that target different body parts and fitness areas during the week, free childcare during many camps, unlimited one on one focus sessions, check- ins if I miss a few camps and a network of people working to be healthy and fit! Boot Camp Trainers motivate me to challenge myself and encourage me to be my best self! I frequently have to modify my workouts because of aches and pains and the trainers are happy to coach me through that! I feel strong! I want to attend camps because I see the results and feel accomplished after a workout! I highly recommend this Burn Bootcamp!
I have been coming to this gym for several months and I'm so glad I gave it a chance. Burn has very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and how they treat their members. The workouts are awesome and challenging, and I have learned a ton about nutrition and building a healthy lifestyle. The group-fitness class style was really foreign to me at first (and not really something I was into, to be honest) but I found that it really helps keep me motivated and accountable to myself. I definitely recommend trying it out if you are even a little bit intrigued. It has been well worth the investment for me. I also have to give a shout-out to the complimentary childwatch program. My kids love coming here and I get to have the peace of mind that they're being cared for while I am in camp :)

This gym has completely changed my life. I went from being a couch potato to being hooked right away. I’ve worked out in the past, but would never stick with anything long term. I’ve been a member for over 2 years and have no plans to ever leave! This place helps you stay consistent and committed with its welcoming community and amazing trainers! Added bonus is the availability of childwatch. I have two boys and being able to bring them so that I can focus on me for 45 minutes has been such a blessing.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
