Burn Bootcamp has been an absolute game changer for me both physically and mentally. A little over a year ago, after 3 kids, I was needing something that helped me be consistent, motivated, and see progress. Burn was PERFECT to fit into my schedule and life. Whether you're starting on Day 1, or having been working out for years, I love that we can all be working out alongside one another, and you can modify any way you need to in order to meet your needs. Meanwhile the trainers are right there beside you to encourage, support and guide you. I'd never thought I'd feel so strong, empowered and truly love pushing myself and working out, but Burn has completely changed my outlook and life. Love this place!
After 7 months, I can safely say Burn is my ‘forever’ workout and favorite gym. While the variety of workouts and free childcare are huge advantages, the trainers are what differentiates Burn from other gyms. Tori is an incredible trainer - always positive, encouraging and energetic. She sets an amazing tone where we work hard and have fun - truly the best way to start the day. She’s also quick on her feet when you need a modification. Thank you, Tori, and the whole PM Burn squad for the top-notch member experience.
This place is awesome. After about 10months here, I feel stronger and more confident in my body. The workouts are different everyday. The trainers challenge you. The one-on-one focus meetings are a nice added bonus to this gym. This place is just a great community overall and everyone is so supportive. 10/10 recommend.
My absolute favorite gym in the Queen City! As a transplant moving from South Florida, I scouted several gyms before trying Burn for their free week trial and I was immediately hooked. From the very beginning, I knew I would love the diverse and challenging workouts, their trainers, how friendly and motivational they are, and above all their community. You’ll definitely see this as a first timer! The first camp is so inspiring! Community is definitely big here and I’m very thankful to have met some very cool, like minded people thanks to Burn. A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
