Burn Boot Camp is incredible!! Prior to joining, I had been lifting weight at the gym consistently for about 2 years. I was feeling completely burned out with my workouts and I despised working out. Burn Boot Camp is AMAZING! Not only has it changed my life but I feel more confident, my clothes are fitting better already (after 6 camps) and I can’t wait to further my goals and accomplish so much more! Let me just start by saying the Reno they did on that space is phenomenal! The Fayetteville location is beyond gorgeous! It is always clean and has multiple showers if you need to use them to run straight to work after camp. Burn bootcamp is full of great trainers and has lots of amazing accommodations that are free with your membership (child care, focus meetings to discuss nutrition and take measurements, universal membership across the USA, owners who care and are easy to get a hold of, and a super encouraging environment). Think of paying a personal trainer, a gym membership, and for childcare 6 days a week and you’ll see how quickly the cost would be unreasonable…burn has those things built in for you. It’s super hard for people (especially parents) to make their health a priority, but burn makes it possible.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
