I’ve been a member at Burn for five months, and I love it! What’s best about Burn? The people! The trainers, staff, and other members are all awesome. Everyone is encouraging and always ready to give a high-five. The trainers are great at explaining and demonstrating moves, and they make sure our form is correct. The fact-paced, 45-minute workouts really work for me.
The community at Burn Boot Camp Fishers is next to none! I have been a member for 2 years now and love it. I used to hate working out and could never stick with it. Started a few weeks ago, concerned about the term “Boot Camp”.I have gotten injured in the past because I look stronger than what I am- so the fear is real. What I have found is the most supportive environment in a gym! I’m pushing 60 now - and my fitness goals are different- strong body to protect my health as I age- the instructors are amazing- ALL of them!!! There are always modifications given and they will correct you to make sure you don’t injure yourself. Every day is a different workout- I have to think all day- I love that I can just follow along! There are ALL body shapes, sizes- and ages- everyone participating to hit their personal goal. I love this gym- no matter what your fitness level - expert or novice- you will get a phenomenal workout in a very supportive place! And it’s beautiful inside and always soooo clean!!!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
