Back in July, my best friend convinced me to join her at Burn Boot Camp in Greensboro. I had worked out before and have played sports my whole life, so I thought I’d do pretty well. WOW was I in for a wake up call for how out of shape and “weak” I was 😅 skip ahead 4 months, and I have never felt more excited going to workout before! I LOVE going to Burn and getting that push from Ty, David and Dev! They are so motivational, uplifting and accommodating to all body types, both men and women! I’ve seen an immense growth in myself even in such a short time! I couldn’t thank these trainers enough for the support they show me! And an added bonus, I get to take my kids to hang out in child-watch while I work out! By far one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself in a long time to join the Burn Family! 🩵🩵🩵
I joined Burn Boot Camp a little over a month ago and it has already made such a positive impact on my life. Not only am I already seeing great results, but I feel so much stronger physically and mentally. Burn has exceptional trainers (shout out Ty and Dev) that are there for you throughout your fitness journey. The support you receive from this community is like no other!! Not only will you meet amazing people, but they will push you to be the best you can be!
A few weeks ago i signed up solely for the 7-Day free trial of burn boot camp. By the end of that same week i knew Burn Bootcamp was just what In had been looking for. I’m addicted to the burn, the swear and the pain… I am so excited for this nee journey. Oh and a special shot out and thank you to Ty, who by far is the best trainer and coach one could ask for!!!!
A gym that is supportive and inclusive on who you are and prioritizes your journey so it can be a successful one. Hands down the best gym I have ever joined. The trainers are constantly supervising and pushing you to be better than the day before. They modify your workouts if you had a past injury or current physical issues. Love my gym family!
I LOVE Burn! My teenage son and I go together, and we cannot get enough! I love how I feel after the workouts, and the instructors are great and so are the people! Everyone is so nice and encouraging! I would highly recommend Burn!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
