I joined Burn Boot Camp - Hendersonville about a month ago. It is just what I was looking for! Every camp has been different and always challenging. I love the sense of community and feeling of personal accomplishment when I complete a camp. The coaches have been great to work with and the Burn App is very user friendly. 10/10 recommend!
Transforming my health was a top priority, so I gave Burn a try. From day one, I was inspired by the encouraging trainers and members. Now, weeks in, I'm loving it even more! The ever-changing workouts and flexible scheduling are a huge plus. I eagerly anticipate each session and feel invigorated and empowered after each one. I started this journey along side my 3 daughters. I am 54, they are all 30 & under. I was very apprehensive at first making this commitment. What I have enjoyed is the ability to work at my own level. I am pushing myself and it is rewarding! Seeing my grandkids in the child care is a bonus. The Burn gang is a bunch of fabulous humans. The coaches are all amazing, kind and very caring. I think I’m a bit addicted!!
Burn Boot Camp is hands-down the best thing for you. If you've ever walked into a gym and felt like you don't know what to do and need someone to guide you, join Burn Boot Camp. They have absolutely great trainers who will push you to give your best every time. Especially for someone on the heavier side like I am, they really make you work. Everyone is encouraging, so you won't feel left out, no matter your fitness level!
Excellent workout , staff and trainer. Clean equipments and floor and they have child watch support too. The exercise gets your juices flowing for sure , great for beginners and intermediate exercises . You are certain to achieve your goals at the camp! Wish they had one in Nashville!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
