Be VERY careful about what you sign with this gym. I initially signed a 6-month membership, but didn’t fully understand that I would continue to be charged month-to-month after the 6 months unless I canceled. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I had been charged for over a year, despite not attending the gym at all during that time. I never received a single call, text, or email from the gym during that year of continued charges, which felt incredibly unprofessional. After finally reaching out to their operations manager, Jordan, I was informed that there was nothing they could do to resolve the situation—no refund or solution. The lack of communication and transparency from the staff made this whole experience extremely frustrating. In total, I’ve been charged over $2,000 for a service I didn’t use, and I’m left wondering how many others have had the same issue. It felt like I got lost in the crowd, especially since the gym was so packed with new members when I signed up. I haven’t attended in over a year, but I’ve still been a paying member this entire time, completely unaware. I wouldn’t recommend this gym if you’re looking for clear communication or ethical business practices.
Only come to this gym if you want a good hard workout! It’s my favorite gym experience out of three gyms I’ve been to. I LOVE the weekly and daily variety and the trainers are so positive and encouraging. Burn is not just a gym it’s a community of men and women coming together, working hard, and giving each other high fives! The trainers give one on one coaching while working out and then you can set up a time to meet with them individually to discuss your fitness goals. I love the challenge of the exercises and the growth I’ve seen in myself and others. Come check it out!
I'm in my second month at Burn and love it so much. I've never been a gym person, I've just always worked out on my own, but as a busy working mom of 4 I just wasn't making time for myself. Burn has given me the drive and inspiration to start taking care of me! I love the trainers, the workouts, and the community. I'm rediscovering my inner athlete and strong body! This is the best thing I've ever done for my mental health.
Seriously the best gym ever!!! I’ve been to so many gyms and Burn Boot Camp is for sure the best! The workouts are always challenging and never the same! The trainers are amazing here at highland! Heather is the best lead trainer to ever exist and her team is just WOW! I seriously love them all so much! This is my second pregnancy with Burn (Almost 38 weeks) and I always feel looked out for! The trainers always have modifications for me and are very knowledgeable! This gym is for anyone and everyone no matter your fitness level! Plus having child watch is a game changer!! You will never go back! Plus all the child watch gals are amazing! Everyone needs to try Burn! You won’t regret it! I promise!
Awesome workouts and wonderful trainers!! I love the one-on-one training in a group setting and that every day is something different. I feel like I get a good dose of both cardio and strength training throughout the week. I truly do feel empowered every time I leave burn. It has become more than just a work out, it is a place where I am challenged physically and mentally and because of that challenge, I have felt empowered to do hard things. I love the community emphasis and I love feeling stronger and healthier on many levels. I can’t say enough good things about Burn and the passionate and caring trainers that make it all happen when you hit the floor!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
