I have tried so many different gyms or workout videos and classes but nothing has made me feel so included and ready to keep showing up. From the coaches to the members there is nothing but encouragement to just better yourself in whatever way you are wanting. I love that they take the time to know everyones name and that when i show ip to class i see all ages and types of people on their own fitness journey. I would recommend over and over.
Burn Boot Camp is simply LIFE CHANGING! Next month will be 1 year that I started on a 7 day trial and never looked back. The trainers, facility, environment, and other members are hands down the best! I was very nervous day 1 but they made me feel so welcomed and asked if they should be made aware of any injuries right off the bat and then checked in to see how things were going that day. The focus meetings are another amazing component in where you have a 15 minute 1:1 with a trainer to review ANYTHING; nutrition, goals, general check in; it’s even okay to cry, no one makes you feel terrible or judged, in fact it’s the very opposite! Do you have an injury? No problem, they have a modification for that! The trainers will challenge you but you will have fun and it is so worth it. It’s 45 minutes a day of physical and mental change. I’m so happy I was introduced to the Burn family and that’s exactly what they are: family owned and a 2nd family. There have been days I’ve struggled even going due to life events and I leave happy that I showed up. Pros: trainers, atmosphere, change up of workouts, focus meetings, other members, theme days, self change, challenges, and the list goes on Cons: the amount of sweat after? 🤷♀️ YOU can do hard things and it starts at Burn! Two claps on two. 👏👏
I have been going to Burn for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. My daughter and her bonus mom and I all went yesterday and we all had a great time! The community is great and like another family! Everyone is always encouraging and helpful!! All the trainers are amazing! Definitely recommend!!!!
I joined Burn boot camp- Kenosha earlier this year and it’s a wonderful community to be part of. Trainers are amazing and the members are so supportive and welcoming. It does not matter your age, size or fitness level because the trainers give you options for each exercise if modification is needed. I also love the variety of workouts and how their quick motivational talk after class helps me overcome some of those mental barriers.
I have been attending burn boot camp since January of this year. I have tried many different gyms and group type classes and have never felt as comfortable or welcomed as I have at burn. Not matter the ability of the individual, they give you options for each exercise if you aren’t capable yet of doing the full move or maybe have an injury. I’m super appreciative of all the team members at burn and the community there. I’ve made friends and am feeling better than I ever have - can’t ask for more!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.

Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
