I have been attending Burn Boot Camp La Crosse for just under a month, and I have had an amazing experience. My first day I was greeted with smiles, high fives and a sense of belonging. I came during a time in my life that I needed a change I needed a space that I could go for me, to once again feel like myself. The first session was intense as it had been some time since I had worked out in the high end of my target heart zone, but every time I thought I couldn't do it a trainer would swoop in with encouraging words communicating that I could do hard things. I knew in that moment that this was going to be a safe place to come and improve my strength. I entered this space with many injuries and the trainers have gone out of there way to modify movements to ensure that I can still participate and in this short amount of time I have been able to increase my lateral movement and reintroduce small jumps back into my life. The journey is all about progress and not perfection and I know with time, I will continue to grow and work to achieve my goals. I am so happy that I found my way into this community and look forward to the progress that I will make over the next year.
I have absolutely fallen in love with working out! NEVER did I think that I would say that out loud. It is to the point that when I miss a day when traveling for work or a busy schedule, I truly miss it. ODD right? Not at all. You will feel the exact same way once you join the Burn family. I used to be runner, but running isn't for me. Too many injuries that tend to set me back months and put me in rut. I also am a Y member. As great as the Y is for family, it isn't for me for working out. I need that push, I need that community, I need that challenge and it was impossible for me to do it for myself at the Y. At Burn, not only do the trainers (Brittany, Zachary, and Matt) push me, but the entire Burn family pushes me EVERYDAY on that floor and off the floor. I have not only become mentally and physically stronger, I have made some great friends too! Highly recommend Burn for anyone that needs a push and is looking for a high energy environment full of friendly, motivating, and non judgmental woman and men! 45 minutes a day for a lifetime of change!
It is worth every penny, because we are worth every penny! Invest in yourself and receive way more than just a good work out. The sense of community is like no other! The empowerment and strength you gain goes well beyond what the scale says or what size pants I reach for.
I thoroughly love going to Burn! What I love most is the community, the intensity of camps and most importantly that I can dedicate time to myself! I joined Burn Boot Camp in 2019 after recently moving to the area from Nebraska. I didn’t know anybody and I was looking for a gym that offered classes, had a great environment as well as childcare. I started on a trial period and loved it! My journey has not been perfect or easy but I am focusing on me and love all the encouragement I receive! While I am shy, I have met many kind people here which makes it fun place to be! Everyone is kind, encouraging and there is no room for judgement here. I love that I can go at my own speed and modify any workout if I need to. You don’t need to be an expert and the trainers are amazing and helpful with modifications where needed. The one on one meetings with the trainers has helped me to achieve my goals no matter how small. I have even brought my son now that he is older to several kids camps and he loves it. What other community includes your kids and encourages them to get moving?!? I highly recommend this joining this community!
I absolutely LOVE burn! Can't say enough amazing things about the trainers, the people, and the staff that are there supporting their members every single day. Post collegiate soccer it was a great way for me to get back into working out on a consistent basis and provided that team atmosphere that I missed. The trainers are able to push you based on where you are in your fitness journey, whether that's day 1 or 2 years into the journey it is a great fit for all fitness levels. I've been going for 2 years now and will continue to go for many more. One of the favorite parts of my day and something I look forward to even on Saturday mornings! 💙

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
