Amazing community of trainers and staff who know your name, are friendly and motivating, and push you to get outside of your comfort zone during workouts! I wanted to get back into the gym and into a class atmosphere after having kids, and I'm loving Burn Lake Norman so much. The workouts are challenging and the gym is beautiful and clean. Thank you BURN for giving me workouts that I actually look forward to again!

Why did I not join sooner? That’s the only regret you will have when it comes to this gym. I have been active for many years but hesitated joining here because I was a bit intimidated and also didn’t want to leave my big box gym. After only 60 some workouts I can truly say I feel stronger, healthier and happier than I have in many years. The trainers, each and every one, are phenomenal! They care about you and make everyone feel welcome. Although the workouts are the most challenging I’ve ever done they guide you through it and have modifications for each exercise if/when needed. Even though I’m a new member this place and the people already feel like family. Do not hesitate like I did. I honestly can’t imagine anyone not falling in love with this place. Life changing!
One of the best decisions I ever made was joining the Burn community! I love the workouts, every single day is different, so you never get bored or dread the workout. I love the trainers who support you when you need modifications with your own personalized post-it workouts (like after I broke a toe while moving an elf in the middle of the night). I love that I still get sore and still wanna show up after 2 years. But most of all, I love the friends I’ve made there and how we support, encourage, and provide accountability to each other every day.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.

Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
