I’ve been a member for almost 7 years! The only workout I’ve been able to stick with consistently. I am so much stronger physically & mentally because of BURN. The Mallard Creek location is TOP NOTCH! I have the universal membership so I’ve been able to visit many other locations in my travels and I love the consistency of the type of environment, I always know what to expect. However, I have to say that Mallard Creek rises above them all with the quality of trainers and supportive & challenging community. 💙💙👏🏼👏🏼Highly recommend!!
Great Burn location. Large, bright & airy building. Inviting members and staff. This is one of my children’s favorites for the “viewing window” that they can watch mom workout when in childcare !
Love love love the unique workout programs that burn boot camp runs every week. Every class is different and challenging, and offers modifications to adjust to your fitness level. All of the trainers are super motivating and will push you to reach your goals. So glad to be part of this community!
I joined BBC Mallard Creek after moving to the area about a month ago. I do best in class settings and need the encouragement of others for sure. I had been working out on my own and not very into it - then comes BBC Mallard Creek. I did a week free trial and knew I wanted to join. From the very first day I felt so welcomed and included. I’m a 4:45a class person, but when I’m off work I go to different classes. Every single class I’ve done the people make you feel so welcomed whether they know you or not. You will ALWAYS feel like you belong and deserve to be there just as much as the person next to you. I can’t recommend it enough!
I’ve been attending this location for years now and the trainers never give up on you. The community is strong and the workout is great. What they say is right. We are stronger than we think.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
