Love this place! Started almost a year ago and my wife and I just signed up for another year. Burn Manchester is just a great group of instructors and clients. My wife and I are so much stronger and more fit than we were 11 months ago. The thing I love most is that I don’t have to plan or think, just show up and do what they say to do. So simple and effective. They really know how to get me to push just a little more, I’d never work this hard on my own. Love the formula and the people.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Burn Camp Manchester! The staff is so amazing and supportive, the daycare is clean and trusting and the instructors are beyond amazing. I have been there for a month now and I already feel like I am part of the Burn Camp family! Highly recommend!!!
Oh my goodness!! For my first class this was definitely a great first time. The coach Pamela knew exactly what she was doing especially guiding such a huge class. I was so impressed by every ones skills. All coaches present today were so powerful and encouraging. Most importantly I love the safe clean environment for my6 month old while I get 45 min to myself. Everything that's INCLUDED with membership makes it worth it for us moms!!! I cannot wait to be back.
Burn boot camp is an exceptional fitness experience. Trainers are very supportive and knowledgeable. Burn community members are very motivating and encouraging each other throughout each session. I strongly recommend this place for achieving better fitness goals
I’ve been a Burn member since 2019! The trainers are so knowledgeable - truly the best in the business. They’ve helped me work through several injuries, pregnancy, and postpartum while keeping my safety and recovery a top priority. The nutrition guidance has helped me make meaningful shifts in my diet which has had major impacts on my health. There’s so much creativity in the camp planning. In the 5 years I’ve been here, I’ve never seen the same camp twice. It’s part of what’s kept me excited to keep coming back! They offer complementary childwatch while you work out which has been essential for me. I know my kid is in great hands with the childwatch staff! It would be much more difficult to prioritize getting to the gym without this service. The community is wonderful and I’m so proud to be a part of it!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
