I initially joined the 7 days trial and then joined as a paid member. 7 days trial is awesome, and i liked the fact that no one from staff pressured to join. Their workouts are innovative and effective. All the trainers are great. They help correct the form whenever possible in a group setting. Focus session is great too for tracking progress month on month. Each session is just 45 minutes and can burn close to 500 calories. There are enough strength training sessions for muscle building. Really loved it so far.
My friend convinced me to come to a class over a year ago and I went thinking it’d be a fun one-time thing, but I quickly discovered that Burn isn’t something you can just do once and walk away. The beauty of what they do is in the support of the other class members on top of the trainer, their ability to modify workouts so that everybody can be included, the free childcare, the personal meetings that include a body scan, and the absolute fun of every workout! I really, really enjoy every day and I’m incredibly grateful for this gym and its staff. They really do have something wonderful going here. No matter who you are, this will be a good place for you.
I’ve been at Burn for 2.5 years now. I was new to the area and had not stepped foot in a gym in a few years. I am not a group workout type of person, so I was very nervous and not sure I made the right decision. I planned on only utilizing the 4 week promotion that was going on at the time. But I came home from my first workout loving it! Everyone there is really motivating, the trainers are great and there is a modification for every workout. Burn has helped me get healthier, physically and mentally and I could not be happier with my decision to give it a try!
I have reached my 10 year anniversary and love Burn Boot Camp Mooresville now more than ever! I continue to be challenged by their ever changing workouts that change daily/weekly. I am stronger because of their certified, knowledgeable trainers who know when to push me to lift heavier weights or do a couple more reps or if I need a modification due to injury, they are right there to keep me moving with alternate exercises. The Burn Boot Camp Mooresville community is unmatched - full of friendly faces, support and encouragement. This is a gym full of kind, helpful staff and members of all ages and fitness levels.
Burn Boot Camp Mooresville is best in the business! It is the best gym in the area hands-down and i always recommend it to all of my friends! I joined exactly one year ago, and it was one of the best decisions that I made for myself and my family. Previously, I was working out at a different gym and it just wasn’t cutting it for me. I had just had twins and needed somewhere that would motivate and encourage me while also was quick and effective. That’s when I found Burn and haven’t looked back! 🙌🏼 not to mention my kids love coming to Burn childwatch and the staff is incredible. Every single Burn trainer is phenomenal and I love taking all of their camps. My husband joined a few months after me 💪🏼 and he is as addicted as I am. A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
