I am a member of Burn nation. My home gym is in SC. I visited Ponte Vedra and felt very welcome! I brought a group of college students along too. The facility is top-notch and the location is excellent! The entire staff is very professional and warm. The sense of community we felt reflects the vibe there! My young scholars want to try out Burn Boot Camp in their towns after this incredible experience.
Burn boot camp Ponte Vedra has been such a blessing to my family. From my first week in the door 2.5 years ago I felt confident leaving my girls in child watch with Ann and Caroline. They are a HUGE reason for my continued membership as my children find enjoyment when in childwatch with these ladies. Every time we walk through those doors we are greeted as “QUEENS” by the one and only Caroline Young followed by morning excitement from Ann and all the other trainers, Deb, Zack, Jenn, Alex and owner Jess (to name a few). There isn’t one person in this place that doesn’t enter or leave with a smile, even after a great workout. My physical fitness nutrition and mindset has shifted thanks to the continued support of the trainers here. There’s no other gym or community I’d refer others!!! Hands down life changing
I became a Burn member in Arlington Va when they first opened in July ‘22 and I been hooked since. I am recently new to the area. I was looking for a burn in my area and I am so glad I can across this one. Burn is more than a gym to me. The trainers and BA are so welcoming every time. You feel like you get a great work out every time. Every day is always something different. Burn helped me lose 27lbs in the last year with the help of proper nutrition. You don’t have to think when your here the workout plan is already done for you. Highly recommend!!
Burn Boot Camp Nocatee is a great fitness community. The owner is invested in her business and her entire team makes sure members feel at home and supported in their wellness goals! The trainers are top notch and a vital part of the gym. The gym itself has great equipment and is well maintained and clean. I am a big fan of the flex floor! The workouts are different every day and the trainers provide options for all levels of fitness. I enjoy the diversity of workouts, positive encouragement and welcoming quality environment. I highly recommend BURN Nocatee for a well rounded fitness program by itself and supportive for all other other sport endeavors.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
