Burn Bootcamp has changed my life for the better in countless ways. I signed up for a 6mo membership in April and set a goal to go 3x/ week. Before the end of my contract I knew I was locked in and signed up for the longest plan available. My day is always improved after I attend camp whether it’s in the morning or evening. The trainers and members are incredibly supportive and encouraging no matter what your skill level is. There’s always a mod or alternative exercise you can do, just don’t stop moving or trying! I highly recommend Burn to anyone that needs a fresh start and healthy encouragement on their fitness journey.

I joined Burn a year ago and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The trainers are amazing—they know exactly when to step in and give you that extra push. The 45-minute class is the perfect length, it has a great mixture of strength and cardio throughout the week, and it fits easily into my busy schedule.
The greatest trainers I've ever been around! Burn is way more than a gym, its a community. In addition to that I spent years going up and down with my fitness journey and always worried about what I could be/should be doing to get in shape. Haven't had to think about that in 3 years and everyday I'm done with my fitness goals by 915am and have constant feedback on my nutritional goals. Truly convenient and fulfilling.
When I moved to Lake St. Louis I knew right away I needed to join a gym. I joined a local gym and felt like it was missing something. COMMUNITY. I did a 7 day trial over a year ago- Then after many texts with their promotions from ofallon burn I finally pulled the trigger and joined! I have seen progress in the short time I’ve been a member and I also see my mental health has also increased significantly. Being a postpartum mom is hard enough but having a community that gets it makes the hard days easier. Having trainers that listen and know your why of being there helps with the accountability too. Love this community and the members.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
