LOVE Burn boot camp! I've been a member for over a year now, and it has been the best decision I've ever made for not only my physical health, but mental health as well. 1. Every trainer has a unique style but the same passion and desire to see you challenge and push yourself. 2. The music helps keep me engaged and distracted during those moments I want to give up. 3. Each camp is different, and the protocol changes every week, which keeps me from getting bored of the same workout. 4. The amazing child watch. My 18 month old LOVES going and has sometimes even been my motivation to make it to camp! 5. They believe in the power of high fives (ref: high five motivates study) Fitness has always been important to me since I've been a teenager. I've tried every type of gym, every type of online home program, and even use to teach a class in my younger days, but this is the first time in my life that I have consistently worked out 5-6 times a week. Aside from the physical benefits, I feel mentally healthier and have found a new confidence and sense of discipline that never use to exist. Are the workouts challenging? Yes, but I dont go because I love to sweat for 45 minutes - I go so I can thrive the other 23 hours. Also, that endorphin rush I get at the end of camp is *chefs kiss* So grateful for this community and the way it has transformed me into not just a better person, but a better mother
I have been a member since April 2024. I have never enjoyed working out but know it is necessary. Going to a place that is welcoming, friendly, and energetic has been life changing. All the trainers make sure to show modifications to all the exercises so you can do what fits you the best where you are at. Everyone is so positive. It is an uplifiting experience. I am so happy I joined!
I truly can't say enough positive things about this gym. The staff and coaches are welcoming, motivating, and effective. The members are kind-hearted and encouraging. It's not stuffy or snobby. All body shapes and types are present and welcome. If you show up and do your best, you will see, and more importantly feel, a major difference. 10/10!!!!
I have been at Burn Boot Camp Rock Hill since they opened the doors just over 2 years ago. What I have gained will always been more than the weight I have lost. And I have lost weight, 156 lbs to be exact. But what I have gained is friendship, love, a new way of life. Burn saved my life. There is no judgment at Burn, the trainers meet you where you are in your journey and the community is the best. High Fives and Good Vibes!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
