I have loved health and fitness and gyms for over 20 years. I’ve been a member of so many different gyms over the years. BURN BOOT CAMP in Rocklin absolutely is head and shoulders above anything I’ve experienced. The trainers are phenomenal. The workouts are unparalleled. The music is so fun and motivating. I’m never bored and always getting stronger and accomplishing my goals. I love it here! Cannot recommend highly enough!
I was always intimidated by the word “Boot Camp”, even though I’m a very active and athletic person. They offered a free week and by the first camp… I was hooked! What I loved about this facility was by first appearances, it’s clean, and the staff were ALL helpful and friendly. I have been a member at practically every athletic club out there. However, Burn is DIFFERENT!! First of all, the whole community and environment there is welcoming and inviting to every type of person! I believe that’s what makes it stand out differently from all the rest of the gyms! There really IS a SENSE of “community” that supports you and your fitness goals! (NO CLICKS AT THIS FACILITY) They have a different work out every day… that works every part of your body. However, I believe it’s their coaches and the personal one on one focus meetings that make this place stand out. Usually you pay extra for that kind of attention. So not only is this place a place for personal transformation, but you WILL SEE RESULTS if you go to the camps. I’ve literally been watching people shrink and become firm and toned before my eyes. You also have access to the InBody scale which really shows how numbers do matter. It’s not just the number on the scale that is your weight, but your body fat percentage, and the muscle you build. It all contributes to a healthier YOU! Seeing it like this has motivated me to keep putting in the effort! I feel better than I’ve ever felt!
I haven't worked out like this in a long time but most importantly you get the support from everyone that's working out with you and the staff is incredible people. Not going to lie these workouts are hard but I feel so good afterwords. Everyone is so welcoming, thank you for your support.
The workouts are challenging and fun, the community is uplifting and positive, and it’s doable for me because my children can tag along. I’m so thankful to have found Burn!
Burn is my happy place! Their team really cares about its members. The trainers ACTUALLY care about your goals and your progress! Are you going to the gym consistently but not seeing results? They get get down to the nitty gritty of your daily habits to help you make sustainable changes. The community here is top notch and I wouldn’t say that just to say that. I had been going to 24 hour fitness for a decade and tried their group training. It wasn’t my vibe and thought all group fitness classes would be like that. So I steered clear of group fitness for years. After I had my second child, my body didn’t bounce back as fast and going to 24 hour made me feel extra insecure because I didn’t see women there who were out of shape. I was losing motivation and just wanted to find a group of women/mothers that could relate to my struggles and support me through my journey. I gave Burn a chance and I’m so glad I did!! It’s been a 1.5 years and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my body. I’ve learned so much about nutrition, getting proper rest, and learning to celebrate myself 🎉 it’s not just about the number on the scale and this community has helped me see that. Megan is the best trainer out there! She is NOT one of those trainers that barks orders and stands around. No mam! She is the trainer who is going to give you that 1 on 1 training in the group setting. She pushes you, cheers you on, does the workouts with you to keep you motivated! She walks the walk and is proof that a mother can do it all with the right tribe 😉💖🙌🏽 Don’t second guess yourself! Book your free camp and see what I’m talking about!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
