I joined Burn Roswell over a year and a half ago, when I was 9 weeks postpartum. I love the challenging workouts, trainers that understand your goals and push you to keep going (and modify exercises when needed) and the community! Going to burn is an investment I make for myself and one of my favorite times of the day. The child watch is also a huge perk. No excuses not to go. I highly recommend trying out Burn!
When I first joined Burn I thought I had found a fun and challenging workout that provided childcare. However Burn has given me SO much more than I ever expected. The trainers take the time to get to know you and challenge you and the community is so friendly and encouraging. Forever grateful for Burn Roswell! 💙
This place is more than just a gym- it’s a community. The workouts are constantly varied and challenging but easily modifiable to accommodate all fitness levels (and injuries for the 40+ crowd). The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. Multiple camp times throughout the day so you can fit a workout in no matter how much your schedule varies. I cannot say enough good things about this place without sounding like a salesman, so just go check it out yourself!
Update: Burn Roswell has gone under major renovation in the past year. Not just new paint and layout but updated/additional equipment too! The people are still the shining stars but know this gym is bright and updated. I love Burn Boot Camp - Roswell. The trainers are engaging and fun, and the workouts vary every single time. I never get bored! Free childcare is a major plus. It’s for all fitness levels and injury modifications are given if needed. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. Pushing myself physically during camp really helps me outside of the gym when things get hard mentally.
So thankful to be apart of the Roswell Burn Boot Camp community! The trainers do an amazing job teaching you correct form and available to modify the different exercises to meet your needs. The community here is unmatched!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.

Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
