Are all welcome but parents this is your place! As a mom of two young children, Burn has been the place where I can come as I am and feel great about getting my exercise done. They have the flexibility of being able to schedule your work out close to the class time, which we all know with kids, you just never know what the day has in storage for you. There are plenty of different times to workout throughout the day. They offer child watch while you are in the class ( which is huge not having to worry about security a baby sitter). Everything that they can make to make your life easier, and just get it done, they do it. I love all the instructors! They are energetic, knowledgeable and pushes us to do our best.

Burn is a totally different, doable, workout experience. At under an hour with multiple different class times, I can adjust when I go each week to fit my schedule. The trainers always encourage me (by name) to do my best, make modifications based on my injuries, and text me when I haven’t been in a while. It’s the perfect level of accountability without being overly pushy or making me feel bad if I can’t make something work. Highly recommend!
I don’t usually write reviews, but want to share the love for Burn Bootcamp Sandy Springs. I have been a member for several years and it has been such a great experience! The camps are full of positivity and motivation. All you have to do is walk in and the trainers take it from there- 45 min of working out that’s also fun! The variety of workouts and formats make each day different, but the support, positivity, and welcoming environment are always there!
Burn has been such a blessing for me and my family. I have been a member at Sandy Springs for about 2 and a half years. Since that time I've gone from postpartum to getting near my pre kids state, to pregnant again, and now postpartum again. The great thing is I was able to workout through all of these life phases and modify as needed. It is a wonderful environment, men and women of all ages, all body types, etc. I find it to be a good balance of motivating without being intimidating! It truly has been like a safe haven for me to enjoy some "me time"!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
