I started burn at Short Pump when they ran their summer special, 4 weeks for $99.. an absolute steal for everything you get! I love ALL the trainers, they push you to the limit to ensure a great workout, and I love how everyday is a different work, never the same! I also love the child care room, it allows so much more flexibility as a working parent to bring your kid with you to the gym.. I also love that they can watch us work hard, such a great example to set at an early age! The smoothie bar is just an added bonus after a hard workout! There really is something for everyone! Community, fitness, fun, and so much more. 10/10 would recommend.
Burn Bootcamp Short Pump is such a welcoming place! I’ve always loved fitness but this workout quickly became my favorite—from the trainers (top notch all around) to the free child watch, to the friends you make along the way! In the last 4 months I’ve seen my fitness improve greatly and each day I look forward to what amazing workout is up next!
After going to numerous boutique gyms in Short Pump, I found my home away from home at Burn. The trainers are amazing and push you even when they are working with another individual. The community even in the early am (530 am class is hype!) makes you leave wanting more. It’s not just a gym, it’s a community that you join. I rarely utilize kids club as I go early in the morning before anyone is up, but my kids ask to go all the time. They certainly love s hood kids camp when the trainers coordinate a workout just for them!! Invest in yourself, try Burn Boot Camp Short Pump!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
