I love Burn Boot Camp Smyrna! The owner’s Kelly and Sara are amazing!!! They both welcomes my wife and I with open arms from the moment we met them! In addition to the owners, the coaches are incredible! Sydney, Marlee, and Gary all make you feel like you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to! The workout is 45 minutes and you go in one way and come out another! You feel so strong and so accomplished! The community that you workout with inspires you to reach your goals! The front desk staff (Mya and Leah to name a few are so sweet and welcoming always)! They have childwatch that our daughter attends so that my wife can workout after work (they offer this service in the morning and afternoon), so having kids won’t stop you from achieving your goals)! We all high five at the beginning, during, and after workouts to keep motivating each other. The owners and coaches will push you to your fullest potential. I’ve become a stronger person both mentally and physically! I can’t say enough about Burn Boot Camp Smyrna! My wife and I did the trial and were hooked ever since! I recently joined Burn and have loved it so much. I have been going consistently for almost 2 months and have seen so much change in my body. The workouts are 45 min long but the time goes by so quickly because it’s a fast-paced, fun environment. I have worked out at home for years but nothing beats the group fitness dynamic - you will be challenged and encouraged. Working out has pretty much been something I’ve done because of the necessity but Burn has truly made it enjoyable. All of the coaches are great! You can also meet with a coach for a “focus meeting” to assess your goals and your progress. Highly recommend :)
I was initially apprehensive about joining Burn 🔥 because of the pulls of parenthood, work responsibilities, and excuses I would give myself, and I am so glad I didn’t listen to that. The workouts are intense in a great way and they always have modifications for injuries, fitness levels, or for whatever the case. The instructors push you to enhance you. I was sold when my eldest daughter (5) loved the play area vs. other gyms. And they have a time for everyone from 4:45 AM to 6:30 PM. Many of the members are parents, but many are also singles looking to feel good in their bodies. And when you’re tired, the music and instructors will help you get it done! Great community to work out at any level!
I'm 63 and have been a runner for more than 4 decades, running my first Peachtree Road Race in 1984 and my 9th NYC Marathon November 2023 in memory of my daughter whom I lost to suicide 5 years ago at age 27. I found myself in a rut earlier this year, burned out on running and needing something new and fun to give me a purpose to get up and start my days early again. I needed to cross-train and get stronger mentally and physically, incorporating not only strength training, but stability, agility, speed and coordination. I needed to stop isolating and begin socializing again. I needed an active sports community based on setting goals, achieving success, receiving ongoing encouragement, and meeting and making new friends of all ages, backgrounds and lifestyles. Lucky me the day I searched for "boot camps in my area" and found Burn Boot Camp in Smyrna. I signed up for the generous 7-day free trial, and I was immediately hooked! I literally gush when I tell my husband, friends, coworkers, and anyone who will listen how much I love this place! Committing to Burn is seriously the best thing I've done for myself in years. The post-workout endorphins carry over the entire day, leaving me feeling healthier and happier, with the extra bonus of having improved my running!
I have been working out at Burn Boot Camp in Smyrna for almost one month, and I am in LOVE. The classes are great. I love that they publish a weekly protocol and that you have an opportunity to focus on the lower body, upper body, core, cardio, etc., each week. Each exercise can be modified to accommodate a range of fitness levels. I also love the timing. The trainers are ready when you arrive. You warm up, they kick your butt, you push through the finisher, stretch, and go home. Forty-five minutes is all you need to have a challenging workout. If you're wondering if you have time....yes, you do! One of the best parts about Burn Smyrna has been the people. The trainers are committed to learning each member's name, and they connect with you personally during class. Knowing they are invested in me and my success is beautiful. The other members are also great. I've met so many wonderful people during my time there. I LOVE Burn Smyrna so much that I committed by paying for an entire year's membership. I'm all the way locked in. I am so excited to tackle my health and wellness journey, and I'm thankful to do it at Burn Smyrna!! Come join us...you won't regret it!!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
