I cannot express through a review how amazing this location is! Burn Springfield is my gym "home away from home", as I hit them up whenever I'm in town visiting family. They meet me where I am, while pushing me to what my body is capable of. Every single trainer I've been in camp with makes an effort to connect with every person on that floor and the owners truly "bleed blue"!
I could not recommend this gym enough; it honestly feels like a disservice to call it 'just a gym' when it is SOOO much more than that. This third postpartum journey has been a struggle, and motivation from home just wasn't doing it anymore. I finally gave the 3 day trial a try, and I was hooked on the energy. the people. the community. The support. It's so much more than a 45 minute workout. It's friends I never would have made had I not entered those doors. It's a daily opportunity to surround ourselves with people who will help us to shatter the glass ceilings of limiting beliefs we put on ourselves. It's personal trainers giving 1 on 1 feedback in a group setting. Words don't even begin to accurately capture the amazing gift this community has been, and if you are questioning if you should try it, DO IT!
I don’t think there are enough words to truly describe how great Burn Boot Camp is. I’ve always struggled with gym anxiety, lack of motivation, and not having a clue where to even begin when going to the gym. I was invited to Burn by multiple friends for months and just never went because of fear, and feeling like I wasn’t even close to being in good enough shape to keep up with everyone, but I quickly learned, after my very first visit, that this is absolutely NOT your typical gym. This is a community of people that show up every day ready to get the best workout in, all while supporting each other every step of the way with high fives, and words of encouragement throughout your entire workout, and it doesn’t matter if you’re in tip top shape, or starting your fitness journey for the very first time, there is a spot for everyone at Burn! And you will leave every single workout feeling stronger, and so proud of yourself! As far as kids go, I was SOLD as soon as I saw how much the child watch workers loved on my kids. You’re not leaving your children in a room with people who just needed a job. You’re leaving them with people who truly love on your babies and make sure they have the most fun they could possibly have during your 45 minute workout. I love this place! And you will too!
Struggled with going to the gym every day until I found burn boot camp! I really enjoy burn, the community is very supportive and they have amazing coaches! I like that you just have to show up and you are guaranteed to get a good workout in. No planning what you need to do, because they already have it planned for you! I quickly noticed I was getting stronger. I’m a different person compared to the first week. It may look scary and/or intimidating, but you are able to modify any exercise to what you can handle! Anyone can do it!

The community and atmosphere is second to none. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level or journey looks like, they meet you where you are. A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
