Love this place and I love the trainers and I love owners!!! The burn programming is different everyday so you’re not doing the same thing all the time, you’re truly getting a full body workout!!! Plus the energy is contagious and I love a good push from the trainers and they always know right when I need it! Highly recommend this gym!!
I went to Burn Boot Camp Troy this morning at 7:30 for an incredible Metabolic Conditioning workout with Sophie. What an amazing 45 minutes! The energy in the Burn Boot Camp atmosphere is contagious—it pushes you to give it your all. The staff and owners are absolutely amazing—they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Their encouragement and positivity make it feel like more than just a gym; it feels like home. I highly recommend this place 100%
Sophia is knowledgeable and encouraging. I typically stay in my comfort zone but Sophia kept challenging me and loading the weights on. Without her pushing me, I don't think i would feel as confident in myself and trying new things in the gym.
I come once in a while in Saturdays with my wife who has a membership here. I have worked out with Brittany a couple if those times and she is great! Firm, but understanding and always pushes us for the best.
Presently, I have two fitness memberships but Burnboot has taken up all of my fitness time. I have become a regular at the 5 a.m. camp and it is because of Brittany's energy and professionalism. She pushes me and where I am in my fitness journey, she has the right touch. Jen and Soph are great too and because of them, I now go everyday. I would be remiss if I did not mention Tawney. She does a great job of getting us checked in, recognizing milestones, birthdays, visitors, etc. and the social media presence that she helps create is second to none. She also won me over because (early on) I didn't go in at 5 a.m. with the best attitude. Overall, Burnboot (Troy) has been great for me and my goal for 2025 is to get into the 250 Club!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
