I love Burn!! I started attending classes a couple of months after having my first baby. My son has been going to their childcare since he was a couple of months old, and he loves it. The helpers are so sweet with him (and he loves all the cool toys). It provides a break for me and a fun 45 minutes of play for him. The instructors are Burn are amazing! They are knowledgeable, motivating and fun. I have tried multiple other gyms but Burn by far pushes me the most. I have never seen results this fast! 10/10 recommend!
I've been attending this Burn gym for about a month and a half now and I love it. I am not at all an athletic person and this is my first time since the age of 17 where I have been exercising on the regular. I've noticed a difference in my energy levels and in my strength. I can do things now I couldn't do when I started and I've also noticed physical changes already in my body. I am very satisfied with the results of the hard work I've put in so far. The trainers here are great. They really push you to give your best and they can see when you can give more. I also love the staff that greet you and the girls in child watch..they do a great job with the kids. My daughter is a pandemic baby meaning she was never around anyone else for the first year of her life. And she has become much more social thanks to those daily 45 min she spends there. I am very happy with my experience so far and will continue to attend to reach my goals!
Wake Forest Burn Boot Camp is definitely 5 stars! The trainers are so motivating, creative with the exercises, knowledgeable, and genuinely want each member to succeed with their fitness goals! The community is beyond welcoming and encouraging of everyone! Every day is a different workout which allows you to go 5-6 times per week, if you want to. There are modifications for all fitness levels, personalized nutrition and training you will not find elsewhere! After 3 years, I still LOVE going to BBCWF daily to get an amazing workout, surrounded by a positive community, focusing time for me to be healthier and stronger person mentally and physically!
Love this gym! Been a member for over 2 years now and can easily say I’m in the best shape of my life. The trainers and staff are amazingly supportive and the workouts are challenging for all fitness levels. I’ve been particularly impressed with their response to Covid-19. They have offered HQ online camps, Zoom camps, outdoor camps, you name it! All multiple times a day! They are so committed to the success of their members and it shows. Come check this place out!
I've been a member of Burn Boot Camp Wake Forest for a year now and my experience there has been nothing but positive. From day one they have motivated and supported me on my journey to a healthier/stronger self. The trainers take the time to demo all exercises and provide campers with variations based on their fitness level. They make each 45 minute camp fly by with fun and challenging routines. The owner, trainers and staff (Burn Ambassadors) care deeply about all members and treat everyone with respect and professionalism. Once there, you become part of the Burn family. All fitness levels are welcome! During the last few months they have gone above and beyond to keep all members on the right track with zoom meetings, recorded and outdoors camps. I will highly recommend Burn Boot Camp.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
