This is the best gym in Warner Robins. The community here is unmatched. The workouts are challenging but nothing makes me happier than being able to workout with people from all different walks of life. Everyone with a goal of becoming a better version of themselves. I truly encourage anybody to give it a try!
Burn Boot Camp has given me everything I never knew I needed! I was reaching a place of burnout and really needed something different. I will never forget how well McKenzie and Reio took care of me my very first day! I felt so supported and I loved to see how close the members were & how they celebrated each other’s wins at the end of class. I signed up the same day! That was about 5 months ago and I feel like I fall more in love with this place every day! I’m getting stronger and believing in myself more than I ever have (shoutout to Curtis for really seeing me and helping me feel confident in my abilities!). I am so thankful for this community! 🩵⚡️
I had high hopes when I joined Burn Bootcamp. The workouts were great, and the trainers—especially Josh and Rio—were fantastic. They were encouraging, knowledgeable, and truly made the classes enjoyable. However, I’m really disappointed with the membership policies. As an active duty military member, my schedule can be unpredictable, making it hard to consistently attend classes. Despite explaining my situation and even providing medical reasons for my inability to continue, I was still required to pay half of what I owed for the remainder of the year, even though I wasn’t attending classes anymore. While I understand that businesses need policies in place, I feel there was a lack of empathy for my circumstances. It’s tough to continue paying for something I couldn’t use, and I wish there had been more flexibility, especially for military members or those with medical issues. If you’re considering joining, just be sure you’re aware of the membership terms. I loved the workouts and the trainers, but the rigid policies left a bad taste in my mouth.
As a former division 1 athlete and now mom, this is the best all around workout that serves you at exactly where you are in fitness whether it’s advanced, pregnant, post pregnancy, beginning, etc. I also just love the community that it gives you. They do a great job of serving your little family while you are getting your workout on as well as giving you peers to connect and bond with in and out of the gym. Community, personal development, on level physical conditioning, and encouragement- we love Burn Warner Robins!
I had put off coming to Burn for a long time, despite only hearing AMAZING things and knowing the owner was crushing in leading her crew and building her community. Some months it was cost, other months was timing or ability to commit, etc. This year, it was clear that I needed to find a place that would keep me accountable, fill your mind with positive and empowering beliefs about our bodies and our strength, and be in community with other people. I was gifted a gift card for one month at Burn, and I've been sucked in. Leadership, coaches, and the community consistently over-deliver on all the above, and then some. Worth every penny. I get fomo when I don't go. Looking forward to all that's to come.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
