I’ve been going to Burn Boot Camp Wexford since May of 2024 & this was absolutely the best decision made for myself this year. This began as a physical fitness journey & has also turned into a bettering my mental health journey. From the remembers to the trainers to the staff - everyone is amazing and supportive no matter where you are in your journey. Community & family is what this place is all about & I couldn’t be happier to spend 45 mins to an hour every day (except Sunday!) with them. High fives & good vibes, ALWAYS!
I’ve gone to SO MANY gyms over the years and tried so many workouts. Burn Bootcamp in Wexford, and its sister location in Zelie, are by far the best. Trainers are encouraging, workouts change all the time, and it never gets old. I’m convinced that lifting weights is the secret to looking and feeling fit and the trainers at Burn Bootcamp make it manageable and even fun! Highly recommend!!!
Burn Boot Camp has helped transform me in all areas of my life. I’ve been a member for about 8 months and at first my goal was to lose fat, which did happen. But, I’ve gained so much more including muscle, confidence, mental clarity, discipline and friends. The trainers, owner and employees are incredibly uplifting and create a positive healthy environment that set you up to succeed.
Best gym in the area! Trainers are very knowledgeable, encouraging, they make proper corrections. The workouts are designed to be challenging, yet attainable. The facility is clean, well equipped. People around are very friendly, they have a lot of community events. What I like best about this gym is that you get in, get a good sweat in, and get out in a safe environment. TOP NOTCH!
I started Burn Boot Camp 1 year and 8 months ago. I absolutely love the environment and love the workouts! The instructors are attentive, motivating, and make sure you do the right thing for the best outcome. I have been struggling with knee issues before I even started Burn, and these classes have helped tremendously for my knees and some lower back pain. The instructors make sure there are modifications so that I am being safe and able to continue my workouts. I can't say enough good things about Burn. Give it a try - you will become addicted!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.

Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
