Paleo 7 Layer Mexican Dip Recipe

Layers

  1. 100% Grass Fed and Finished Gound Beef (or 97-99% lean ground turkey)
  2. 1-2 Cups Shredded Romain Lettuce
  3. 1.5 Cups Fresh Tomato Salsa
  4. Smoked Turkey Bacon (Chopped and Layered)
  5. Chunky Lime Guacamole Dip
  6. 2 Oz Shredded Almond Cheese
  7. Chopped Cilantro

Directions

  1. Brown your choice of ground beer of lean turkey. If you want a leaner dish turkey is recommended. Season with Wildtree Taco Seasoning.
  2. Cook turkey bacon and chop into bite size pieces.
  3. Shred lettuce if needed. Buying prewashed and preshredded romain is fine as well.
  4. Prepare my Fresh Tomato Salsa and Chucky Lime Guacamole Dip
  5. Shred almond cheese or buy preshredded.
  6. Chop Cilantro
  7. Layer in order as laid out in the order above.
