I see the great reviews, and I do not question their expertise. What I do question are their ethics, and professionalism. I have called twice to cancel, because my daughter is very sick, and will be out of commission for some months. I pay for her membership. I called twice, explained the situation via voice mail, because they never answer the phone. I asked them to at least give me a courtesy call, as not doing so, shows me they lack professionalism. Additionally, they charged my card after cancelling. This leaves me to believe they are in it for the money and can care less about their client. They could have called back with empathy, and followed through with my request. Therefore, I have lost all respect for their business, and the people who claim they care, with their sales pitch. If they attempt to charge my card again, I am filing fraud charges. And they know which client I am talking about through this post! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!
Burn Boot Camp in South Riding has been an incredible experience for me over the past year and beyond. The workouts cater to all levels, allowing you to gradually build strength and stamina. The welcoming atmosphere and personalized attention to individual fitness needs truly stand out. I initially joined for a 4-week trial but was instantly hooked. Their support in maintaining accountability and consistency toward fitness goals is commendable. I just love Burn Boot Camp of SR! It’s been a home away from home for the last two years! They are so welcoming and accommodating to your individual needs. This gym is perfect for workouts! Right after my first class, I decided to join Burn. The workouts are tough, trainers are excellent, and the class energy is fantastic. They're always ready to assist with your form, provide encouragement, and offer modifications if needed. I joined 7-8 months ago, and I'm noticing positive changes in my body. I absolutely love this place
Good workout, but unsafe Childwatch. I did a free trial for two weeks but four days in took my daughter to child watch. She can’t walk, but I watched the staff put her on her feet and drop her, crushing her nose which started bleeding. Needless to say I scooped up my kid and left. I talked to leadership who said that 1) toddlers are clumsy anyway and 2) that I should come back and change my workout time to be with more experienced staff. Needless to say I will not be going back.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
