Stacey Lanier Burn Bootcamp Cornelius Weight Loss Story in her own words:
“When my youngest was 1.5, I set a goal to reach my pre-baby weight. I lost 10 pounds through diet alone, but I hit a plateau. I knew I couldn’t reach my goal without some time at the gym, but I had no motivation. I needed something I could get excited about.
Everyone I talked to about BBC was so passionate about their experience. I wasn’t sure if I could keep up, but I felt I needed to give it a shot.
I started my trial in Cornelius in October. Five minutes in, I had no idea how I was going to finish. But, I did and I knew that it was exactly what I needed from a workout perspective. Add that to the support from the trainers on my fitness/nutrition goals and from the other women at BBC and it was everything I needed to stay on track. The positive atmosphere is contagious!
Since joining BBC, I have lost 11 pounds, 6% body fat and 3 inches. I have reached my weight-loss goal and now weigh just under what I did on my wedding day. But, more importantly, I’m in the best shape of my life. I am constantly motivated. I am happier and have more confidence in myself both inside and outside of camp. I am extremely grateful for what BBC has given to me. I can’t imagine not having it as a part of my weekly routine.”
