I am very excited tell the Tina Johnson Burn Bootcamp Cornelius Weight Loss Story. Tina came to trainer Morgan Kline looking to gain more energy to keep up with her little ones. I would say she has achieved that and much more in 4 short months! An amazing 8 inches, 5% body fat, and 11 pounds GONE!

“Before joining BBC, the one word that I could accurately use to describe myself was exhausted!!
As the mom of three very active little girls, the wife to a traveling salesman and the owner of a home-based business, I found myself in a state of busy that had me falling into bed at the end of each day & waking up feeling as if I had just gone to sleep. My girls would either wake up before me wanting to know when breakfast would be ready or they would be rushed into their morning from oversleeping because I slept right through the alarm. I finally decided that the only way to make everyone’s day run smoother was for me to get a jump-start. I knew in my mind that a little exercise might assist in my quest for energy!!
Being new to the area, I would inquire amongst new friends as to potential workout facilities to join. Almost all inquiries led to BBC. I was hesitant at first, because I had done no more than walk every now & then as my exercise for the past several years. It was intimidating to me, as I envisioned being the “one that couldn’t keep up” in a room full of supermoms (which I do consider them all to be)! I could barely do a push-up without feeling some pain and I had no idea what a burpee was!! I thought of many excuses to postpone my initiation, however, when a friend invited me to join her at one of the camps, I decided to finally give it a try. After all, it was free to try it out, so what did I have to lose?
As it turns out, after only 4 months of joining BBC, what I had to lose was 8 inches, 5% body fat, and 11 pounds…and counting. What I have gained has been so much more….the energy that I have been searching for; an understanding of nutrition that benefits myself and my family; a new-found physical strength & stamina at the hands of a trainer who pushes me much harder than I would ever push myself; a support group of women whose names I may not even know that inspire and motivate me to push harder on a regular basis; and a family that is much happier to have mom running circles around them, instead of the other way around!!”
