I had this great idea to make a video called the “Top 10 Fat Burning Exercises” that are performed in my bootcamps and show you the best exercise ideas to get in shape as quick as possible! So I made the video…but then I realized that these are not only the best fat burning exercises that my bootcampers perform, but probably the TOP in the personal training industry! So enjoy my little golden nugget of fitness knowledge!
