WELCOME TO TRAINING CYCLE #3

February 26, 2026

New cycle. New shot to level up.

Training Cycle #3 runs March 2nd through March 28th, and this one is all about two powerful human movement patterns: push and agility. For the next four weeks, we’re dialing in strength and speed in a way that’s simple, trackable, and designed for real progress and real results.

Here’s how we’re going to crush it.

Push movement: Chest Press. Each week, you’ll track your weight as the reps drop.

  • Week 1: 15 reps
  • Week 2: 12 reps
  • Week 3: 10 reps
  • Week 4: 8 reps

As the reps go down, the weight goes up. You’ll build strength in real time and watch your power increase week after week.

Agility movement: Double Unders. Week 1, set your max. Every week after, beat it. It’s you versus you. Faster feet. Sharper focus. Bigger numbers.

Double Unders not your thing yet? No sweat. Grab your rope and hit single skips while you build your rhythm. This is your shot to learn, practice, and get support from your Trainer. Every rep counts. We see your strength, and we believe in you. You’re capable of more than you think.

For our Burn On Demand athletes who don’t have a jump rope, agility will be trained through Skater Hops, maintaining the same focus on speed, coordination, and explosive movement.

And then… there’s the fire.

Our Performance Challenge, “Diamonds and Dragons”, will be tested in Week 1 and retested in Week 4. You’ll complete:

  • 30 seconds of Diamond Push-Ups
  • 10 seconds to shake out
  • Three rounds total

Then immediately:

  • 30 seconds of Dragonflies
  • 10 seconds to shake out
  • Three rounds total

Count every rep. Simple goal: crush your Week 1 total by Week 4.

Training Cycle #3 is built for growth you can see and feel. Show up. Track your wins. Trust the process.

Four weeks from now, you won’t just feel stronger. You’ll know you are.
