This time of year, it can feel as if you’re going a mile a minute. Work is in full swing, you have a ton of projects, your kids are involved in what feels like 1,000 extra curricular activities, and you’re just drained. We understand! We get it, we are a community. We are here to support you and help you come up with ways to squeeze in your health and fitness routine into your every day life, even when it feels nearly impossible. Devan recently had a chance to go onto WCCB News Rising and give a couple examples of ‘Realistic Resolutions’ that you can simply accomplish in the comfort of your own home.
