Ignite Your Fire: It’s As Simple As 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Here are 5 things to help you RAISE YOUR BAR this week! Take a moment to look at your favorite topic or binge on all of them!

1. How Much Water Am I Supposed To Drink?

Hydration is the key to your health. By listening to my recommendations in this video you’ll potentially speed up your metabolism by 30%. Water is sometimes an afterthought when we get busy and I implore you to take it seriously, it will do a lot of good with just a little effort!

2. Mastering the Illusive Pull Up!

Those pesky pull-ups! The pull-up goal is the most contradictive performance goal out there. I often hear “I hate doing them, but I really want to master 5 in a row” or “I just want to do one but I don’t know where to start.” If you’re like me, you just plain love doing them because they HURT SO GOOD! These two tips will help you get your very first unbroken pull-up or pull you through that plateau you’ve been experiencing.

3. Give Me Stronger Shoulders!

The shoulder muscle is what really makes your upper body look “well built.” Since the Glenohumeral joint is responsible for connecting the pectoral complex, much of the back complex, triceps, biceps, and deltoids. You want these muscles to be strong for postural purposes, too! I show a “triple set” that can be done with a set of dumbbells and a jump rope! Get ready to sweat!

4. Morgan’s Number One Tip For Busy Moms!

Morgan and I just had a baby boy 4 weeks ago, Maxwell Michael Kline! Amongst all of the craziness in the Kline household Morgan found some time to give her #1 tip to busy moms who are struggling to put themselves first. This 30-second video can catapult your health.

5. One Supplement To Take Care Of Your Knees

I’ve had two knee surgeries and actually am missing my lateral meniscus in my left knee. When I was playing ball with the San Francisco Giants I had to learn to take care of my knee to stay on the field. Great nutrition and supplementation is key as they are building blocks to repair your bodily damage. If you put crap in, you’ll get crap out! This short video talks about what I use 5 years later to remain 100% active with no complications from my surgeries!

I wanted to leave with you one thing I live by. Knowledge is not power. Knowledge is only potential power. Knowledge with massive action toward your goals is success. Basically, I love providing you with tools and strategies to better your life but they only work if you use them immediately!

Keep Moving,

Devan Kline
