Workout Wednesday is back once again! Around here at Burn we love to take “mastering” an exercise to the next level. It’s all about maintaining perfect form and precision before moving on to a new obstacle. We want to make sure you’re taking care of your body and your health, but also learning how to be the best you can be in the world of fitness. What’s the point of performing an exercise if you’re not doing it the right way? A few weeks ago Devan visited Charlotte TODAY to teach viewers how to execute the perfect deadlift that will tone your legs, back, and core.

  1. My writing to you is not typical, but I find myself extremely grateful for my BBC experience. I started BBC Sandy springs during the promotional 30 days in September. I have never looked back and I have never felt better. Prior to BBC I walked, did kickboxing and went to the gym aimlessly. With all of that I saw results but not the results I needed to see in order to feel better about myself. 4 months into this journey with BBC I look better, feel better and a stronger than I have ever been. I a 40 uears old and feel better than I did at 16 years old. I will forever be thankful that Kiah Douglas ran into m husband while conducting a pop up camp. Thank you!
